The 9th World Bamboo Congress to be held in Antwerp, Belgium next April has now expanded by 2 days to include sessions categorized under the theme: Bamboo Innovation Design, Architecture and Modern Technologies.   Please take note of the Call for Papers (http://www.worldbamboocongress.org/call).

Topics to include such things as:

Construction Systems and Methods (Materials, Joinery, Modulation)
Constructions (Houses, Buildings, Bridges)

Products, Design and Technologies:

Products Design (Furniture, Utensils, Housewares, Equipment)
Boards (Glue Laminated Bamboo Boards, Fiber Boards, Mat Boards)
Machinery
Fibers and fiber characteristics (Paper, Textiles, Composite)
Energy (Charcoal, Biomass)
