WBO’s service to bamboo people and industries is a daily endeavor from a group of dedicated volunteers who administer our organization. Our membership base includes over 800 hundred individuals from 30 countries. Notably, our Haiti Earthquake and Housing Relief project utilizes 100% of donation monies for building temporary and long-term bamboo housing for Haitian residents who have lost their homes.   Your donations also help bring students, researchers and project leaders from developing countries to international seminars and to the World Bamboo Congress.
